March 31 ended Telluride Film Festival's "First Call for Entries"
Although the reduced rate for early entries has passed,
the entry deadline is not until August 1 or, on the date that
Telluride receives their 1200 entry limit (total of all films,
videos, and screenplays that can be submitted.)

Notes: Why
did Agliff, the Austin Gay Film Festival people, pick "Reel
Deal" host Corey Coleman to host their Oscar night party? He
isn't openly gay as far as I know. Aren't there enough talented
and interesting gay people in Austin? Couldn't Agliff find someone
gay in town to host the party. Isn't there a rather large and
hilarious website author and cable access host who would be
better for the job?
